Product introduction
The unique nano three-dimensional network structure of aerogel blanket avoids the deformation and accumulation of traditional materials due to vibration and the sharp decline of thermal insulation performance. Highest use temperature of 650 ℃, makes heat preservation and heat insulation effect for 3 ~ 5 times of that of the traditional, high efficiency and energy saving. It only needs 1/2 to 1/5 thickness to achieve the same insulation effect of traditional materials, with less heat loss and high space utilization. It has excellent overall waterproof performance, with a water-repellent rate of up to 99%, isolating liquid water while allowing water vapor to pass through. No harmful substances, no chloride ions, light and convenient, easy to cut, high construction efficiency, suitable for all kinds of complex shape requirements.

Scope of application
Heat preservation in building: With the continuous improvement of national requirements on energy conservation and emission reduction and people's pursuit of quality of life, building insulation has gradually become a key issue in the field of architecture. For a building, almost every part of it involves the need for insulation, inlcuding building exterior wall, roof, floor, glass window. Only the overall thermal insulation can truly achieve the goal of energy conservation and emission reduction. The aerogel blanket and plate have the advantages of overall hydrophobicity, low thermal conductivity, class A fire prevention, etc., which can be applied in building protection
Petrochemical field: Aerogel insulation blanket is mainly used for high temperature of heavy oil steam injection pipe insulation and refining device medium pipeline insulation, with average temperature between 200 ℃ ~ 600 ℃. Thin aerogel products can effectively reduce the amount of external insulation layer, reduce the overall cost, and it has excellent hydrophobicity. Hydrophobicity rate is more than 98% and PH value is neutral. Thus it prolongs the service life of construction object and reduces the maintenance cost. With the same insulation effect, the use of aerogel insulation blanket can effectively reduce the volume of the construction object, thus significantly improving the arrangement rate of the pipeline.
