Non-supercritical aerogel felt/board production technology
Technical introduction:
The new aerogel production process we developed in cooperation with Tsinghua University and the Chinese Academy of Sciences is the only patented low-cost aerogel production technology in the world, which greatly reduces the production cost while ensuring the performance of aerogel-related products. Thereby solving the worldwide problem of complex and expensive aerogel production process, and getting rid of the dependence on imported equipment and technology. The aerogel felt/board produced by this technology can be widely used in the fields of building insulation, pipeline insulation, simple building construction and so on.

Technical advantages:
(1) The new production process can make the aerogel material free from the dependence on supercritical drying, and the preparation is completed by freeze drying or atmospheric drying. This greatly simplifies the operation process, reduces production costs, eliminates safety hazards, and optimizes the preparation process.
(2) The new process not only has macroscopic scale reinforcing fibers to improve the strength, but also enhances the silica aerogel skeleton by the nanocellulose network on the microscopic scale. It not only improves the mechanical properties of the aerogel material, but also effectively avoids the cracking of the existing aerogel material.
(3) The relevant equipment in production is independently developed and has independent intellectual property rights, which makes the production process of the aerogel material easier, the production equipment is cheaper, and the cost of production and operation and maintenance of the product is significantly reduced.
(4) The waste liquid generated in the production process can be recycled and reused, and there is no discharge of polluting waste gas waste liquid, which meets national, safety and environmental protection requirements.
