Project introduction:
Yangtze Delta Region Institute of Tsinghua University, is located in Nanhu District of JiaxingCity,Zhejiang Province. It was completed and put into service in 2008. Because of the old buildings and the settlement, the leakage in the house is serious. The leakage problem has not been solved after many repairs.
After evaluation by our technical team, the roof of the podium and the indoor roof were fully waterproofed and repaired. The total construction area is 2000 square meters.
Construction will begin on August 1, 2018 and will be completed on August 7, 2018. After many typhoons and heavy rains, there was no water leakage.

Project Features:

1. Applying the aerogel waterproof and thermal insulation material independently developed by our company, using the excellent waterproof performance of aerogel, it overcomes the defects of traditional materials and solves the problems existing in the Yangtze River Delta Research Institute. At the same time, it has an insulation effect and reduces building energy consumption by 10%.
2. Material cost-effective, and material cost is comparable to traditional materials.
3. The construction process adopts the spraying method, which effectively avoids the unevenness and waste in the traditional process, and greatly shortens the construction period and reduces the construction cost by 60%.
4. The aerogel insulation water-proof material is green and environmentally friendly, and the construction is pollution-free.

 

Project effect
Before the construction, the building was old for a long time. In the case of bad weather such as rain and snow, water seepage occurred in the building and the suspended ceiling wall fell off.

 

 

 

 

After the construction, no more water seepage, and the overall appearance is completely new.
